Jack is doing so good. Hes had his NG tube out for a while now and is eating from his bottle so well. Now hes starting to eat regular baby food too. Hes still a little behind and under weight but for the most part everything is great!

Jack hasn't been doing so good the last few days. He's been really sick with Roseola and started to lose weight so the tube had to go back in. He didn't do very well in physical therapy either. So hopefully when he isn't sick we can try no tube again and work really hard on his therapy.

We went and saw Jacks surgeon about getting him revised and it was all good news. Jack is doing so good and has come so far. His surgeon is so pleased and amazed with how well Jack is doing. The only thing that sucks is he isn't quit ready to be revised yet. Jack is still healing inside and his Doctor said to wait about a year because hes been through so much and his body and insides are not quite ready. Jack pulled out his NG tube a week ago today the little punk. He hates the tube just as much as I do. So I decided to leave the tube out and see if he can handle eating his whole meals on his own. So far hes doing ok not where he should be but really close. We go see the Doctor again in a few days to see if it really is ok to leave the tube out for good. All he has to do is gain a little bit of wait before we go in again and we will be in the clear. If not he might have to get a GI tube. yuck! But I really think Jack can do it on his own if I just keep pushing him.
